You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, the role of a Virtual Assistant is to provide services that are tailored to each client’s requirements based on your own expertise.

The types of services we provide are:

  1. Virtual Bookkeeping– Offering everything from data entry, reconciliation to payroll and more
  2. Virtual Receptionist– Offering everything from answering call to checking messages and more
  3. Virtual Admin Assistant– Offering everything from database entry, reports to checking emails and more
  4. Virtual Marketing Assistant– Offering everything from content writing, SEO to social media and more
  5. Virtual Personal Assistant– Offering everything from booking reservations, travel to hiring babysitter and more
  6. Virtual Event Management– Offering everything from managing projects, to planning events, and more

What we’ll need from you

  •  Available for at least a year
  • Ideally able to work at least 10 hours per week
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  •  A reasonable home office set up / quiet area to work
  • Relevant qualification in specialized field
  • Computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • At least 2 year's experience in your specialized field
  • Able to work during the week
  • Based in the UK
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
